gorgeous and fantastic venue, fantastic location near restaurants, pubs, shops, train station and bus station and the centre of glasgow and bars and restaurants, really enjoyed our stay. all the services were great, the room was brand-new and spotless with a super king bed and fantastic views, as for instance. we had an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room. all of the staff was attentive and lively.

The hotel was just a short walk from the train station and city centre, which was really convenient. The rooms were quiet and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at reception were friendly and even took the time to show us around when we arrived.
The breakfast food could have been hotter, which seems to be a common issue in many hotels. witnessing a supervisor being harsh with a waiter during breakfast service made me uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful and very modern. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. The lounge area with the lovely fire was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of shopping. The shower in the bedroom was first class and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

It had a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, which was super convenient. The air conditioning in the double room was a lifesaver, especially during the warm weather. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Having a safe deposit box in the double room was a nice touch. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure.
Personally, I found the heating in the room to be a bit too high for my liking. But I understand that others might appreciate it during colder seasons.
